C#根据域名获取IP地址，就像网络上的IP查询工具那样，输入域名即可查询到对应的IP地址，需要连接网络才行，同样是根据DNS查询IP地址，在Windows中，Ping命令可以实现此功能，但是不是调用了Ping的内核这个还不确定，有兴趣的自己下载源代码研究。
